Records

The Business Records Department provides searches on corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies,
limited liability partnerships, partnership fictitious names, trade names and trademarks.
These searches may include correct name, status, date of registration,
registered agents name and registered office address, state of domicile, authorized shares and par value, amendments,
name changes, mergers and trade names.

There are several ways to request or obtain a search:

• Visit our online search feature
• A written request may be directed to this office. The fee is $5.00 for each search.
• A computer printout of the available information is provided to the customer.
• Public access terminals are available in the office for use at no charge.
• Search fees may be charged to a Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
  Searches charged to your credit card can be requested by mail, fax or telephone.

Business Entities Bulk Orders allows customer to order bulk data or bulk reports.
