Update – Combined Federal Campaign Processing Issue
The National Finance Center (NFC) has worked diligently with GiveBack and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to correct the error in processing for Pay Period (PP) 02. GiveBack will provide NFC a file adjusting employee deductions to account for any missed contributions. The adjustments began with PP03 payroll processing. Read more…

Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Process
In accordance with the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Requirements Mandated by United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), all file transmissions currently conducted via File Transfer Protocol (FTP), and any new file transmissions, must utilize the SFTP method.

Data Center Migration
In support of the President’s Management Agenda, NFC will relocate its computer systems to a virtual data center hosted at the National Information Technology Center (NITC) Federal Data Center in Kansas City, Missouri. As a result, customer connectivity to NFC systems and applications will need to be updated. NFC will work with customers to ensure connectivity to the new site can be configured and tested prior to the scheduled cutover of April 25, 2020.
