Due to the department’s temporary closure, BREG’s operations have been modified. Please do not submit filings via email, mail, or fax at this time. For Business Registration filings, please go to https://hbe.ehawaii.gov and submit your filing via BREG’s online portal.

Who We Are The Business Registration Division is a division of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, a Government agency of the State of Hawaii. The Business Registration Branch maintains the business registry for all corporations, limited liability companies, general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships and limited liability limited partnerships conducting business activities in the State.
